My Experience With Art Therapy Collection

I woke up yesterday excited to try my hand at coloring. After doing some meditation, as suggested in the pamphlet that’s included with the coloring books, I turned on some music and got to coloring. By the time my master piece was complete several hours had passed. I had completely gotten lost in the intricate details of the design. The experience was very pleasant and my boys were tickled to find out “mommy” had been coloring.

  1. I keep seeing these adult coloring books everywhere lately. I haven’t colored in about 30 years ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. What a great idea… much better designs than the coloring books I have been sneaking from our kids. A bit more grown up than mickey and minnie designs:)

  3. I love coloring! I have 4 adult coloring books. I use them to wind down after a long day ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. I have been coloring for a few months now. It is a great way for me to relax. I love to zone out in the pictures.

  5. I relax by surfing the net, reading a book or taking the kids to the park. I like to be outside, so the last one is good for me. ๐Ÿ™‚
