A RELAXING Day At Six Flags Over Georgia Hurricane Harbor

I must say I was a bit apprehensive about going to Six Flags Over Georgia Hurricane Harbor, with my two little guys minus the hubby. But honestly it wasn’t bad at all. First off the area was very well staffed with an ample amount of lifeguards on duty who were all on high alert. Thank goodness they had lockers so I can secure our items and focus all my attention towards the boys. The locker rental ranged from $13- $19 depending on the size you need. They also offered free life jackets and tubes to be used in the water park. These three things alone help to ease this mommy’s anxiety.

A FUN Day At Six Flags Over Georgia Hurricane Harbor

Now on to the fun. We spent half of our time in the 38,000 square foot wave pool, Calypso Bay, the boys really enjoyed jumping into the waves and I really loved that they could stand up and still get the full effect of the waves. But the big highlight of the day was Paradise Island, this is where my boys who are right at 40 inches could enjoy four out its 6 slides alone, it’s three dumping towers and tons of other interactive water activities.
