I always turned my nose up to his choice, but since I have made an effort to make better food choices I decided to give dark chocolate  a try. And I am hooked! After finishing my first dark chocolate bar, since I was an adolescent, and actually enjoying it (can you say mature palette) I decided to look up its benefits.
