Party Ideas For Your Little Super Hero

Super Hero Party Ideas Cake
If you’ve followed Seeing It Their Way this week you know I have shared my sons earlier birthday themes in honor of their birthday month. Like most little boys my guys became obsessed with everything Super Hero last year. So once again mama pulled together a backyard party that shared their interest with all their little super hero friends.
Super Hero Party DecorationsEvery good party starts with the ambiance. From the front door our guest stepped through the telephone booth and were transformed into super hero’s! I made our backdrops with table clothes and poster board cutouts and created small buildings with boxes, paint and poster board as well! We removed the swings from our swing set to have the perfect place to hang the Number Pinatas.

Super Hero Party Table Decorations It’s the little things that really pulls a party together. I took the time to wrap foam squares in colorful streamers to use as lollipop holders.  Adding an extra pop of color with the Crinkle Cut Paper Shred in Red under the blueberry flavored drink kept the color explosion going. And lets not forget that simply wrapping bottles of water to be consistent to the party theme adds the perfect touch to your guest drinking experience.

Super Hero ActivitiesSuper hero obstacle course, capture the villains, tug-o-war, super hero bingo, detonate the bomb (pop balloons) and create your own super hero mask  are all simple yet fun activities that took our super hero party over the top.

Super Hero Party FamilyA party just isn’t a party without a photo-op. The Seeing It Their Way Family showed our guest how its done while posing for a family pic.

Super Hero Party Food and FunWe decided to keep the food simple by having “heros” for our guest to enjoy, just ask Daphne of Mushy Mamma, pictured above, they were a hit! We created super hero-ish labels to note the type of hero/sub our guest was selecting.

ThankYou

Our party guest always leave with a thank you card in hand and last year was no exception!
