Georgia Aquarium new Aquanaut Adventure A Discovery Zone

Every time we leave the house as a family we tell the boys we are going on an adventure, to avoid the never-ending questions about where we are going. When the family was treated to a day at Georgia Aquarium to experience Aquanaut Adventure a new Interactive Discovery Zone we all were truly taken on and adventure. We had to complete a series of challenges to become certified Georgia Aquarium Aquanauts!

Do You Have What It Takes To Become A Georgia Aquarium Aquanaut

The great part about completing the Aquanaut Adventure is that you have to work as a team while you are having fun learning about different bodies of water and their inhabitants. The discovery zone kept the entire engaged in the process. The advanced technology and visual stimulation of the Aquanaut Adventure won over our five and four-year olds from the very first challenge. And the quality of information kept mom and dad intrigued as well.

This unique 45-minute experience allows guests of all ages to learn about aquatic life during an expedition through a variety of immersive environments. The goal of the Aquanaut Adventure gallery is to instill a sense of appreciation for the oceans, lakes and rivers of our planet and an understanding of the organisms that thrive there. Each guest will be engaged in science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM)-related activities to provide a glimpse of the scientific process.
